You retain whatever rights you lawfully hold in drawings, CAD files, specifications, samples, product concepts, test documents, and other submitted materials. By sending them, you confirm that you have authority to do so and authorize the Company and approved project participants to access, reproduce, convert, review, and use the materials only as reasonably needed to evaluate, quote, communicate about, or perform the requested project, subject to applicable agreements.

Is Website Information Guaranteed to Be Complete or Current?

We aim to keep public information useful and accurate, but website content may be incomplete, simplified, outdated, translated, changed, or affected by project context. Photographs may show representative facilities, samples, equipment, or historical records and must be read with their captions and evidence status.

Does an RFQ or Website Response Create a Contract?

No. An RFQ, file upload, acknowledgement, preliminary discussion, automated message, sample image, website estimate, or general response does not itself create a binding quotation, acceptance, supply obligation, or contract.

A transaction is governed by the final written quotation, approved specifications/drawings, purchase order acceptance, tooling or sample terms, quality agreement, NDA, supply agreement, and other documents accepted by authorized representatives. If those documents conflict with this website, the signed or expressly accepted transaction documents control to the extent stated in them.

How Should Certification and Compliance Statements Be Read?

References to ISO systems, FDA-related requirements, LFGB, RoHS, REACH, food-contact, baby, industrial, or other standards describe potential review or support areas only unless a current record states the exact holder, site, scope, material/product, method, market, date, status, and evidence.

No logo, historical certificate, supplier document, test report, declaration, or prior project establishes universal compliance. Requirements and evidence must be confirmed for the individual project and destination market.
